I have the honour to inform you that a Receiver

has been appointed under the Lunacy Acts of the estate

of Mr. J. W. N. Kyshe, late Registrar of the Supreme Court,

Hong Kong, and formerly of Mauritius and the Straits

Settlements, and that as from the let. October last, his

pensions will be paid to Mr. B. Kisch, the Receiver approved

by the Courts, on production on the occasion of each payment

of a life certificate.
